Company overview

Dajeil was incorporated in September 2003. Its mission is to design and market Web Services Infrastructure Products, used in business-to-business interaction over the Web. Dajeil's vision is to build a strong market presence from its position as a technology leader in the Extensible Markup Language (XML) performance optimization segment.  

XML trades performance for extensibility, therefore special high performance hardware/software becomes mandatory for cost effective solutions. XML acceleration has become an essential component of high performance SOA applications, Enterprise Service Bus implementations, Web Services Gateways, XML Firewalls and Web Services Applications.  

Delivery of Dajeil's products into the marketplace is via Original Equipment Manufacturers and XML Specialists.  

The company headquarters are located just south of Dublin, Ireland. Dajeil is a private company owned by the executives, individual investors and Enterprise Ireland (Irish Government). The executive team has been successfully delivering high-performance subsystems to large multinational OEMs for more than 15 years. 

Dajeil’s application acceleration sub-systems are supplied in a number of form factors including the following: 

Acceleration Cards

These plug-in PCI cards are designed to efficiently offload XML and security processing tasks from a server or appliance CPU. They are optimised to provide a balanced solution addressing the bottlenecks and security issues that arise when dealing with large volumes of XML and Web Services traffic. Performance increases of more than 100 times are expected and support for standard software interfaces allow applications to be accelerated without the need to change source code.  

Appliance Platforms

These are packaged hardware and software platforms, which facilitate the fast-to-market release of appliance solutions for software vendors of XML and/or PKI intensive applications. These products consist of the appliance with built-in hardware acceleration, hardened linux, management utilities, application integration assistance, documentation and packaging branded to customer requirements.
